Yikkes...I don't know what is up with me today....I've been so hungry...almost all day long
I had shredded wheat for breakfast...many that is the problem...I do usually have eggs.
What I really want now is that box of Cheese-its!

Okay....nuf said...I'm going for a bottle of water now!

Stay away from the Cheese-its! Ask yourself "How will I feel after I've eaten this?" Remember food is your fuel and you want to feel good, don't you?

I had oatmeal for breakfast and am having cravings. I think I did not eat enough veggies at lunch. Have you eaten a lot of veggies? Let's work on making it through this afternoon OP! And make someone else take the cheese-its away so you aren't tempted!
