What is a Yarg? Is it a pirate thing?
I weigh less than I have in 3-5 years

Yay Chris and Snack!
Yarg is like Yaag only worse, kind of like a combination of Yaag and aarg put together - it may not be a pirate thing but it is definitely a Mauvaisroux thing
I am up .5 from last week - YARG!

Do I hafta weigh in?
I'm going to double check on Thursday when I go to my regular YMCA. I am rejecting what the scale said yesterday at another Y. It just can't be true. It says I'm up 2 pounds
But its ok. I vow to do better this week. Teufelchen lets get out there and lose! By the way I love your quote (My reality check just bounced) thats great.
I knew I would be up since I totally pigged out at the Super Bowl party. But I'm making a lovely salad for lunch today with light dressing and low sodium soup too. And I did 60 minutes of step class with weights. And tonight is another step class. I'll check in later in the week. Take care!

Amy, if you're going to admit to gaining two, I'll admit that I've gained seven during the last two weeks.
