Marti- Your food intake looked fine to me. When you say chicken drummet, do you mean leg?
I know that sounds stupid, but different areas have different sayings.
O.k. Here was today's food for me.
Breakfast:
2 slices chicken
5 cups of coffee
(I know, I know, I think it's slowing my weight loss, so I am going to start cutting back tomorrow.)
Lunch:
Salad
1/2 cup of Miracle Fluff
Tea with Splenda
Dinner:
2 cups of broccoli with butter spray
1 bologna sandwich with mayo, 1/2 slice cheese, and 1/2 cup of fresh spinach (I know that sounds strange, but fresh spinach tastes much better than lettuce to me.)
1 pastry
Water: So far 2 bottles. I am working on the 3rd.
I also didn't need any snacks today!
