Hi, everyone
I am a recently turned 30-year old who unfortunately put on a good 45-50 pounds the year leading up to my 30th birthday. Coincidence? Who knows, but I sure want to get rid of it!
I hope this forum will keep me accountable.
My plan for the next 4 weeks is Turbo Jam(So old school! But it really gets me into shape), take 10,000 steps a day and I will go back to raw till 4 with vegetarian dinners during the week.
I work from home so munching is a huge problem. Lets see how this goes
