So I was doing a good job with diet for a few months..a few months ago.. I was down to 220. I just weighed myself this morning. 238... Literally gained almost 20lbs in 2 months. Its so frustrating
I am new here. But, I wanted to say "I hear you." I hope looking at the progress you have made from your starting point gives you some motivation. I am new to trying to lose weight, but I have found writing everything I eat (even if 2 almonds) and weighing frequently in the morning helps me understand what works and what doesn't.
