I have lost 43 pounds and have 30 to go and just added walking into my
Plan. I have walked 4 days and gained 3 lbs and am a little frustrated and freaked out about it. I did not change my diet and I'm drinking more water. I want to do the 21 day challenge but can't find the thread for it. Can someone tell me where to find that thread. Can someone else telling me why I would be gaining weight?
First off, congrats on your 43lb loss! That is awesome, and you are more than halfway already!
For me personally, any time I change up or add something to my exercise routine, I gain a couple of pounds for a week or. Don't know if it is sore muscles, or water retention, or just my body going into shock, but it happens every time.
Yep to what MonteCristo said. That gain happens to me too. Exercise is definitely worth the bump up on the scale though bc I find it helps sculpt my body *much* better than just diet alone.
