Frustrated a little

  • I have lost 43 pounds and have 30 to go and just added walking into my
    Plan. I have walked 4 days and gained 3 lbs and am a little frustrated and freaked out about it. I did not change my diet and I'm drinking more water. I want to do the 21 day challenge but can't find the thread for it. Can someone tell me where to find that thread. Can someone else telling me why I would be gaining weight?
  • First off, congrats on your 43lb loss! That is awesome, and you are more than halfway already!

    For me personally, any time I change up or add something to my exercise routine, I gain a couple of pounds for a week or. Don't know if it is sore muscles, or water retention, or just my body going into shock, but it happens every time.
  • Yep to what MonteCristo said. That gain happens to me too. Exercise is definitely worth the bump up on the scale though bc I find it helps sculpt my body *much* better than just diet alone.
