I was really good last month. I leave May 9th for my 300 miles bike ride. So this month's goal is, you guessed it 300 miles of cycling.

9 26 miles 2 hrs cycling (Whoo hoo with my bike computer)
10 6.5 miles 30 minutes
11 30 miles OUTDOOR cycling Whoo hoo 2 hrs 10 min
12 6.3 miles 30 min indoor cycling (after work)
13 7.5 miles 35 min indoor cycling (after work)
14 rest
15 13.5 miles 1hr outdoor cycling big hills and lots of wind (130.8 only 169.2 to go)
16 19 miles 1 he 20 min indoor cycling
17 12.6 miles indoors cycling 1 hour (rain)
18 44 miles 3 hours cycling (perfect day for it)
19-22 work
23 13 miles indoor cycling 1 hr
24 10 miles 40 min indoor cycling
25 work
26 4 miles 20 min indoor cycling
27-28 work
29 33 miles 2 hrs 25 min cycling
