Default Fitness Test

Does anyone have a fitness test that they put themselves trough every once in a while to track your progress? I'm thinking of doing a fitness rest every few months but don't know how. Any suggestions or resources would be appreciated.

There are many, many fitness tests you can take depending on what you want, strength, flexibility, speed, etc...
