I'm setting a challenge for myself since the weather is frightful here and I have to move my workouts indoors. I've done the Tonique videos before and they're really really hard, hard enough for me to give up after a few days but I'm pushing forth this time and hopefully I can stick to it.

First I do a warm up on my own then I begin at the 6min mark of the first video (I skip the first 6 min because they're drills and I can't keep up with it anyway).
