Hi all,

I was just wondering, I just noticed there is a tropical smoothie cafe very close to my job. Does anyone here get smoothies from there that are Phase 2 legal? I wasn't sure if getting smoothies from there are ok at all on South Beach, but if so it will be very convenient for me. I noticed they use things like nonfat yogurt, fresh fruit, and spinach, kale, etc...

It would depend what was in your particular smoothie that would be the deciding factor whether it was Phase 2 or not.

You want to be sure they aren't adding any sugar, for one thing.

I think I'm going to just try to start making my own green smoothies in my nutribullet with the one serving of fruit I added back in for Phase 2 and have that for breakfast or a mid-day snack. That way I'll be getting in the veggies I'm missing out on as well...
