I managed breakfast just fine...and my snack...
I ordered a salad for lunch with turkey & ham...oil and vinegar dressing...thought I was doing great..until...
I read the foods to avoid...and NO LUNCH MEAT UNLESS Low Fat or FF!! AUGHHHH!!!//

Di! Don't be to hard on yourself! This is the part that gets confusing to the plan. Actually I'm inclined to think they mean the processed stuff--Balony,
pressed ham, stuff that you know contains a mix of something. Yes, the chicken or turkey should be breast and the ham not honey ham, etc but basically you're OK. Where are you getting the salad? The FF places might use a different cut of these meats but a better restaurant usually uses the real stuff. Get a nutritional info booklet from the FF place. They have them. When I was overly strict I'd ask for all chicken or turkey and not ham but when I didn't, nothing seemed to make a difference and the loss was there.
