I love Leslie Sansone, but I'd like an alternative to her workouts as well. I don't own dumbells (yet) and I'm very limited in what I can do on my 2 replaced knees. (That means no jumping jacks, lunges, work on the floor, etc). Does anyone have any suggestions for other workouts to try?

Hi :wave: I have been doing Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, I found it on youtube through the magic of my tv :D I 'baby' my knees so I adapt some of her moves, she does do one small portion of jumping jacks, but you could modify some aerobic move that does not compromise your knees. One does not need weights for this workout either, although I do choose to hold some during some moves.

a very good resource of researching fitness dvds to buy is www.collagevideo.com you can preview any of their hundreds of dvds and each dvd is thoroughly reviewed and rated.
