I have been doing Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, I found it on youtube through the magic of my tv
I 'baby' my knees so I adapt some of her moves, she does do one small portion of jumping jacks, but you could modify some aerobic move that does not compromise your knees. One does not need weights for this workout either, although I do choose to hold some during some moves.
