how was everyones 4th? we went to the local army base (DH used to be a marine) and they were supposed to have a carnival all day and fireworks at 9. we went early to enjoy the carnival but is was no carnival at all! took us an hour to see the whole thing! so instead of waiting another 6 hours for fireworks we left adn went back to my sisters and barbequed and lit our own fireworks and the kids played in the little pool and the men played horseshoes and we all just had a good relaxing time!

Hey Amber, Sounds like you had a fun day. How did you make out with your eating at the bbq?

I had a day full of brother drama yesterday-very stressful. I was so tempted to eat to make myself feel better. Anyway we ended up going out for drinks & so I ended up over my points again Argh. Today I'm on the look out for any thing that will keep me from eating the way I want to eat-to lose! My MIL is coming today & she usually takes us out for a meal but if she does I already have planned out what I want to eat. Hopefully I can keep any other distractions from broadsiding me. Why does this always have to be such s struggle. Oh well. Kepp on keeping on & progress will be made!

We usually have folk over for horseshoes and BBQ but it rained all day here. We didnt even buy fireworks and we normally do. so after dark we went out and just watched everyone elses. We live in the county so they shoot off fireworks all week and on july 4th they shoot tem till like 2am.

anyway thats all we did. watched movies, farted around online =)
