Default Intro :)

when i first found 3fc I joined alternachicks board and never read all the way down the page. Im amazed at all the forums!

anywho I found ole WW here and seeing Im on the plan I thought I would butt my nosey self on inhere.

Im a bit of an WW oddball. I lost most my weight counting calories and working out. Only having joined WW recently. I dont go to meetings, Ive never bought a single Weightloss book nor WW item. I found what I needed online and Ive been struggling to get accurate point values via Dotties site and other sites ppl have shared along the way.

I dont have a goal weight and that bothers me. I dont know what I SHOULD weigh really Ijust know I dont care for my weight. Im obsessive about my weight so it could be partially psychotic.. I mean psycological

I think being thin then overweight for 10 years sorta screwed me up but ya know, one day at a time.. Im workin it.

If you have any questions or concerns about anything this group is the place to be-very caring or supportive. As for findin our how much you should weiogh I could check my WW books if you tell me your height & your age. Thats a cool site! I did get an ideal weight for me but it seems unobtainable. 136? I hadnt weight that since highschool and I was UNder 18. I know its not that far off..

I must be defective or something.. ive come this far but that number scares me!

whats wrong with me?

you will know whats right for you. i should be 136 too and there's no way i would be healthy cuz when i was 136 last i was underweight. i am also bigger boned, curvy. so look at the whole weight range it gives you and find a comfortable spot for you! my goal is 150.
