It can be a little scary at first but I'm sure you are doing fine. The daily thread is a great place to ask questions. Make sure to check out Lisa's first post on the daily thread with all the links in it. There is a ton of information there.
Welcome Maxxy! I definitely recommend the recipe threads (and searching ideal protein on pinterest) for good veggie recipes. The recipe threads can be found where ragdoll directed, int he first post of the daily thread.
Thanks for the welcome! After dinner tonight I feel like I really did something wrong. My dinner tasted so good I felt like I was cheating! I made the IP pasta, with a meat sauce using all my veggies, tomato paste watered down and extra lean ground beef. I feel satisfied! And somehow guilty! Lol
Today is day 2 for me. I'm pumped. I've done low carb diets before, but never anything like this. Just wait until you get into ketosis. It makes such a difference in how your body feels! Makes it much easier to say "No. I don't eat that."

I still find it hard to get all my veggies in I am so thankful for the wonderful recipes on this site though!
I lost 8lbs in 10 days and I was very excited. No cheats, no real issues at all. But today I bought the ketostyx and I am not in Ketosis. I am somewhat frustrated. I have been so good. I have no clue what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions?

My coach explained that sometimes the keytones only show up when you begin ketosis and as your body adjusts to it, little to no keytones show up in your urine. But this does not mean your body is no longer in ketosis, just that it has adjusted to it
