What is this challenge? I am rocking out my treadmill these days and would love something a bit more challenging. I have been doing a Couch 2 5 k app program and find myself finishing the day and then staying on for 10 or 15 more minutes just cause I am not totally pooped. I wanna jog for 10 whole minutes!! I wanna roller derby!!!
