Hey Everyone,
Have been fitness orientated for the last 2 months, but I figured I would start to use this forum again and I feel that this challenge will be one of the right choices for me.
My Starting Weight is 207.4
I would like to be 197 by the end of January.
I will do this by continuing to utilize my trainer and start to focus on my eating habits. I am thinking Paleo, I don't think I will be 100% perfect with it, but I would like to be about 90% there (cutting back on the grains, legumes and dairy)
