First Weigh-In!
Hey guys! So - I lost 3 pounds and 3 inches! 2 on my waist alone! Also - of that 3 pounds, 2.5 of it was fat!
So YAY!!
Got some really helpful tips from the coach this week. This is a guy I've liked from the start so I'm so glad I got him today. He stressed NOT to break up the veggies. He doesn't want me eating veggies at all in the morning so I don't get that insulin spike then 3X a day from veggies. I should only get that 2X/day.
Interesting... he also up'ed my salt due to some headaches I've been having and recommended trying Power Aid Zero for some added sodium.
All in all - I'm pleased!
