I'm on alternative products now, but when I was using IP I used to warm up the chocolate drink mix regularly. It makes a really tasty hot chocolate.

Hot chocolate is what helps me get through my day!! I can skip the snacks at work if I know I'm getting my hot chocolate at night! I shake mine up cold and microwave it for a little over a minute so it's not too hot and I can drink it right away!

WUv, ok you use Richard's roux in a jar? Please 'Splain to me how you do it cuz it looks like it has too much for ph1. Yes,I am one of those follows the sheet strictly! so I need to see how it fits because my less than analytical mind isn't figuring it out!

I do this but remember to mix up the drink with cold water in your shaker and then heat it. If you shake it with hot water, you can get a spray when you open the shaker.

Important warning to remember! I LOVE hot chocolate, and now that our weather is colder, I look forward to it almost every night. I boil the water in my microwave and mix it up in the blender . . . makes it super creamy!

one jar of roux, 8 quarts of water, creole seasoning, chicken and eggs...BAM...gumbo!..the roux is diluted so much it really don't have any value at all
