Question BFL Portion Question

Hello Ladies! I've been lurking here for a few weeks trying to convince myself to get my butt in gear and start lifting again! So I got the BFL book and started reading it. My question is how do you "measure" yogurt, cottage cheese, and eggs?? I'm a bit confused as to what one portion of these consists of. I don't know if I missed that in the book or what. Any help you could give me would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Thanks!!

It depends on the individual, largely on their weight.
For example, if you were trying to get 20g of protein in for a meal, that'd be 5 egg whites(4g of protein each).
If I'm in doubt, I usually just read the labels and eat however much to match up to my target intake.

Thanks Lore!

I guess I was just stuck on that whole palm/fist concept.
