Smile I'm a Newbie!
Hi everyone, I'm new to this board, but I have been reading the Ideal Protein Section for awhile now just registered today to become a member on here.

I'm starting for the first time Ideal Protein on Friday this week.

My Coach lives in another city so she is shipping me my packets, and I will be emailing her for support, and to give her my weight in's etc.

I'm very excited! I'm 29 years old, and I weight 360lbs I have always been heavy but this is the heaviest I have been, and I want to make a change, I want to have kids before I get too old to do that, and I want to be able to live a long happy life.

I have tried many diets and fads and they never really seemed to show results fast enough and I would give up due to that, or I would be required to buy alot of extra foods on top of THEIR food which would be expensive.

I know this program is quite pricey too but I have heard amazing things!, my Coach actually started out at 311lbs and she said that she's been on it for 12 weeks so far and has lost 60lbs so i'm very excited to give this a try.

If you have any tips or anything please share! Thanks K

Welcome to the IP family, I have been on the program for 70 weeks with a loss of 183lbs...in my signature I have links to my story and to my utube video's that I have shared. Never be afraid to ask a question, post in the daily thread for accountability...good luck in your journey

I am eight weeks OP. I also was reading the boards before I went on IP and then for a couple of weeks after. The people are so open in sharing their victories as well as their challenges. Their stories have helped me stay OP. I wish you all the best.

welcome! This program has changed my life. I've been on for 14 weeks, lost 49lbs and can't say it was difficult. Set your mind to stay OP and never look back! I'm looking forward to reading your successes along the way.
