Ok, so i like to have one cup of double bergamont earl grey tea each night..its a black tea so its caffinated..I was just wondering weather this tea would cause me to retain water or not? ?

I think it should be treated the same as caffeinated coffee, drink an extra cup of water per cup of tea and you should be fine. If you are drinking the equivalent amount of water as tea I wouldn't think water retention would happen. Maybe I am wrong. Sometimes I will have a cup of coffee at night but I always chase it with water.
