lol okay it's not as dramatic as the title suggests.
But I can't get re-hydrated!! Obviously when I don't think enough water, I get dehydrated... But then I start filling up my liter sized water bottle, and I get even
more dehydrated! I guess it's flushing me out... I'm getting indentation lines all over my body and feel like crap.
I assume I need to pace myself or something... But do I need more electrolytes, sodium? What is it?
I feel pretty bad today. I had 2 cups of coffee earlier, and just water since (like 3-4 liters.)
