Default Call me Sheldon cooper with my weight loss algorithm

So I was feeling down as I always do when I'm in-between wooshes. I woosh right before I start my period. I made a post about feeling in a routine, well I gathered up some information to see if my deficits weekly are meeting up with my weight loss.... My fitness pal gave me the information

The first numbers are my weekly deficits for the 16 weeks I've been working out, the number in parenthesis is that total number, divided by 16, then I divide that by 3500, where I get I should have lost 1.9 lbs per week ( now I woosh so I lose that randomly around the month) and it says I should have lost 30.4 lbs this month, I've actually lost 33... Which makes me feel better, because I feel stuck even tho I'm not it's amazing how one week of weight fluctuations makes you feel blah, and also sad how in depth I just took my math skillllllllls haha quite sad

That's awesome! I'm working on trying to eat all my calories but it's so hard, but I'm thinking cause tomorrow is the 4th that I can use some of today's left over calories for celelbrating and all that

I have a fitbit and it syncs with MFP. I did the math last night and it was really close. Closer than I thought.
