Exercise can cause your blood sugar to drop, which can make a person very hungry. If you are eating sugar, starch or carb-heavy foods right after exercising, it may bring your blood sugar up too fast, which can make it crash again a short time later, making you hungry all over again. Try to stick to proteins or at least a good mix of protein and carbs for your food after exercising. Dehydration can also be mistaken for hunger, so make sure you are drinking enough.
