Default Red Team 2012 Spring Into Summer Exercise Thread Week 7 (06/11-06/17)

For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Copy and paste the follow format and come back throughout the week to edit your original post. Let’s move those bodies!

Goal: At least 40 mins 6 days of the week.

I just want to do something every day.

I did get 22min of yoga in on Sunday, but did it too late to post it.

Monday- walked 1.29 miles in 20 minutes at lunch - I've never walked on lunch break before!
Tuesday- 22 min yoga
Wednesday- 22 min yoga
Thursday- 22 min yoga
Friday- 22 min yoga
Saturday- 1st day of couch to 5k - 2 miles in 30 min - I'm so proud of myself!
Sunday - 44 min yoga
