Hey everyone! I can't wait for June to start...I have plans for big losses this month with the help of my season's pass to Canada's Wonderland, our biggest amusement park. I always get lots of walking in there, and it is possible to eat decently there (or bring a picnic). Weekends are busier now too with gardening, Cam's baseball and just general restlessness. I'm going to convert my treadmill back into an exercise tool and retire it from laundry rack duty!

Okay, I'm starting the month at 143. I'm obviously not going to get to 140 by my birthday on the 9th but I should be able to get there by the end of the month, if I make the effort.
I'm feeling very in control lately. Last night I bought groceries for the next two weeks after work. When I got home I didn't feel like cooking...that usually means a binge is on its way. Nope! I'm proud to say that, though o didn't eat what I planned, I did eat within calories! Worked out this morning, now ready for a nap!
Feel Totally bloated this morning. using my last WI(on Tuesday) of 151.4 as the starting weight for June.

Great job on the pizza and cake Rennie You're handling your diabetes too awesome yeah,sometimes.. something has to happen in order to get our attention..that little voice inside will says.. "what are you doing to your health?".. The thing with me was recognizing it,doing something about it before it caused serious long term problems.
Like now..I know artificial sweeteners don't agree with my system.As much as i like splendor,equal(stuff that have fructose.sucrose in them,anything w/MSG).i just can't eat it(at least not too much ).So i have a choice,either i ween myself away from that stuff..stop having headaches,being dizzy cause that's what they come from or continue to use them.I haven't had any in a week(found some all natural alternatives) and I've been feeling much better.
A combination of TOM bloat and not the healthiest dinner out yesterday has brought me up 3lbs to 195.1. Ugh. TOM needs to come and go already, because it's seriously zapping the energy right out of me and I get home from work drained. Actually, this just sparked a thought that I really should get my thyroid, iron and b12 levels checked - they could be culprits to my increasing fatigue.
