Default Tansitioning to P2 and confused

I thought as I neared phase 2 I was pretty clear on what to do from reading the book. After navigating the site I have found the p2 transitioning post. Should I add one fruit and one grain the first week or only one or the other? I did see the part about only doing the same fruit or grain for the whole week until I see how my body reacts, and think that a good idea. Just unclear if I do that same fruit and that same grain in the first week or just one.

Thanks in advance.

Most people do one or the other and keep the fruit or grain the same until they see if they get cravings.

I hope this helps. (I'm sure others will chime in. We are a gabby bunch of Beach Babes!)

I'm going go link to two great threads you should read if you haven't already: What's your P2 Combo and Phase 2 Emergency Handbook. There is lots of information there.

I think for most of us it is really trial and error and finding out what works for us personally; everyone is different in how they respond when adding back foods. IMO it is better to err on the side of going slow. And if that goes well you can add more and add faster. Also, the time of day you eat certain foods may impact you as well.
