Not heard of them - who are they made by?

Depending on what you're doing there are various ones you can use. I do Slimming World and eat lots of Sharwoods Egg Noodles as they're free food for me.

I've posted this before, but I absolutely do not use them like Italian style pasta. They have a texture that is more similar to ramen, but I buy the shirataki noodles, not the miracle "zero" noodles.

Try them with strong Asian flavors, not marinara - plenty of veggies, the rinsed and dried noodles, maybe some protein mixed in, add in hoisin, sriracha, oyster sauce (your favorite thick, strong Asian sauces). You can even top with a poached egg, some scallions and cilantro.

OOOh that sounds fab! Thanks, Munchy - I'll try that as I'm not good with too much carb and this could be an interesting alternative.
