Default Anyone else on South Beach Diet?
I've been hanging out on the SBD board but just wondered if there was anyone in the UK on it?

I'm loving it so far, but it would be great to have a buddy in the same time zone!

Hmm I Might be -!! On Dukan at the moment but South Beacj allows red wine so I may beo over to you if I dont get on with Dukan!!!

I've heard great things about this det and have been reading up about it, Just getting a little shopping list together so I can start phase one, If you've got any tips, they would be much appreciated

Me, I started on Monday. Got through the worst of the detox and am feeling much better. Don't know if I have lost any weight but feel happy to be making a positive change for myself.
