Default 1st micro goal
Ok so I have met my very first mini goal. I am now officially below 280 and i have stayed below for more than a week. All of the other times I would get down to 280 and then right back up. It was like I could never get over that hump. I know it dosnt sound like that big of a deal to some people but it is a real mental thing for me. I'm so happy.
