Hi there all, I have just found the site again after around 4 years of absence, I have gained yet another 2 pounds since then despite having tried numerous diets and yo-yoing up and down by a stone or so, I have now joined Slimming World and am loving the diet so far, started on Monday so yet to see if it is a good one for me. I thought they would have a support forum but it seems not so I am looking for fellow dieters to chat and compare recipes etc... with
I am 42 and have an 18 year old dd and 2.5 year old son, I don't work at the moment but am trying to start my own part time business doing henna and glitter tattoos and producing handpainted homewares and barefoot sandals, I started up in january this year so taking it slowly (time constraints with a two year old don't allow for much free time!)
