Default Testing myself. Eating all/none of my weeklies/activities.

Just wanted to see if anyone else had done this little experiment.
This week and next week I am going to eat every single point (dailies, weeklies and activity points) and see how much weight I lose.
THEN for the two weeks following those I am only going to eat my daily points and see which way loses more weight!

Has anyone else tried doing this? I'm sure it varies from person to person but I wanted to see if anyone else had more success doing it a certain way. I've heard a lot of people from meetings say that they lose more when they eat them all. We'll see. I'll report back my findings.

I'll definitely be keeping my eye out for your results. I've been curious about this as well, and have just not been eating my weeklies or APs to be safe.
Good luck!

I don't know if this counts but for lent I'm sticking to only dailies. So far it's not so bad. We will see how weigh in goes

That's a good thing to give up for lent. Never thought of that. I honestly think I'll end up losing more when eating all my points. We'll see!

Interesting. I've never thought of doing it, come to think of it, I don't even keep track of the saved points.

I've always eaten all my weeklies, and have found I can still lose...but I've never eaten ALL of my points (dailies, weeklies AND activity.) I'll be interested to see your results!

I am usually hungry eating just my dailies, and usually eat a few weeklies every day. But haven't used my activity points at all yet. I will be interested in the results of your experiment.

Can't wait to see your results. Weeks that I eat over and above my dailys, I lose more. My husband calls these the Eat More/Lose More weeks. I should trademark that

I think doing that is equivalent to when people do calorie cycling. Basically they eat their daily amount of calories and then for 3-4 days they eat more than what they usually do, some people even up to 3000 calories a day. Doing this can supposedly can help you get through a plateau and give your body the extra nutrients it may need to jump start again. I am curious how your results are also. The points are there for you to use! Might as well use them
