.. You log in but you remain logged out. The login box remains empty. You do not receive a password error. You simply are just not logged in.
If this describes your issue, please know that Tech is aware of the problem and they are working on it. I don't know how long this will take, but it might not be resolved today.
If you receive an error that your password is wrong, then that is a different issue entirely. You can request that your password is reset to help you log back in. This will only help if you receive a message on the screen that your password was invalid. It will not help with the other problem described above.
