I've been wanting a Pizza for most of the Afternoon (I am 4.5 hours in front of the UK at the moment) Ive had a stressful day at work and could have easily Went for a pizza and Chocolate and Sat and watch TV...
BUT
I went and made a nice salad with Grilled chicken with some tikka Spices on it with some grilled Onions and Peppers (well George Foremand) and half a baked potato..
Pretty Proud of myself.. No Pizza, No Chocolate and No Diet Coke either for 2 days now (am an addict) And I feel Better for it
Need and Want are two different things
