Does anyone have any guidance to offer regarding what's OP at Boston Pizza? I've been 100% OP since Jan 25 and have just been invited out to a dear friend's birthday dinner at Boston Pizza and would love some help with what will be the best options there.

if i remember correctly....greek salad and omit the feta cheese
steak omit the bread and mashed potatos
taco salad, omit the cheese and the taco salad bowl it comes in and the tortilla chips

Awesome! Thanks, everyone, for your help. I'm looking forward to it but kinda nervous about it at the same time...first restaurant meal since starting IP and this really helps.

Boston Pizza has the section with choices from the Hearth and Stroke association guidlines. That is the section that Shero posted above.
It is very easy to eat there and stay on plan. I love the chopped chicken salad.
The rest of the stuff on their menu is horrific as far as healthy choices go.
