Hey there everyone,
So i am a returning weightloss individual. I originally weighed 230 lbs. I had lost 80 lbs and was down to a toned and muscular 150. however i have gained a some 30 lbs since losing the wieght and want to get back to where i was. I find the exercise isnt the hard part, for instance i am doing a 10k run next week for charity, i run every day. its the eating that kills me. im firt yr university, between the greasy food and alcohol im just ruining my workouts.
anyways i have joined for some motivation. this time i have learnt my lesson and know that if i dont continue to workout and eat right it will just creep back. hooray to round 2!!
