Depression and Weight Issues - KFC is the devil

I have got a 16 piece bucket of chicken in my fridge right now, I swear it is calling my name:devil:

Ugh, I have ate all my calories and fat for the day, dh isnt here anymore he is at work so I have no to be accountable with. I am gonna try and read and maybe take a nap to get my mind off of it. :drill: Stay strong Autumn stay strong

I am not familiar with leen, but if it tastes anything like kfc its probably good I dont know:lol:

I did so good:dancer: I didnt eat one bite, I was thinking about it for about oh six hours:D But thankfully that craving went away. I pulled out my compulsive eating reference book and it helped a ton by getting my mind off of it. I figured I was doomed and dh is my accountability so I would have to tell him.

Thank Goodness it passed, now onto tomorrow:lol:

I have never had KFC but tonight my husband and I went out to dinner and I fell prey to a corn fritter :mad: Had not had one of them in years and .... oh well you know :( But boy was it good!! Now I need to do an extra 15 minutes on the treadmill tomorrow.

By the way Autumn, "Leen" is our bubbly, warm, caring and sometimes crazy moderator on this forum....from what I can gather she would taste more like an apple pie or a bagel and cream cheese :lol: :lol: Sorry, couldn't resist!!

Hi meg- I am sorry about the corn fritter those are tempting too. I did that two weeks ago with stealing dh's french fries:) I walked an extra hour on the treadmill but it was so worth it:D I havent had french fries in a year.
