Large salad = mixed romaine and green leaf lettuce, tomato, cucumber, raw broccoli, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 2 oz blackforest ham, balsamic vinegar dressing.
Snack:
non-fat, sugar free yogurt
Dinner:
Baked fish with lemon pepper
steamed veggies
SnacK:
1/2 cup of grapes

3 slices of wholewheat melba toast
Snack:
1 cup of canteloupe melon
1 apple
Dinner:
2 smoked sausages and a side salad

B: oatmeal, 1 tsp brown sugar, 4 oz skim milk in coffee= 177 cals
plan for rest of the day:
L: 2 wholegrain toast (125), 2 f/f cheese (62), 1 orange (65) = 242 cals
S: diet cocoa (50) + 2 oz skim milk in it (20) = 70 cals
D: Lean Cuisine and salad, 300 calories
subtotal 790 calories, plus PMS of puffed wheat and skim milk (abt 150 calories) to total 940 calories
plus no more than 5 or 6 mint sticks (1 box in house for DH birthday) at 15 cals each, about 100 calories more
I need to AIM for 1000-1200 instead of the 1400 or so I have been eating, if I am gonna get off the plateau...
