Hi guys and gals! I'm so glad I found this website, I've been searching for a non diet specific weight loss discussion forum for ages so it's really great to be here! I'm based in the UK (though currently in Australia visiting family) and follow the Australian WW Core program. I've so far lost 30lbs since June this year and hoping to lose another 15 or so to get me to my goal weight. Christmas and vacationing has derailed me slightly so I'm in need of some support and encouragement which I'm sure I'll get here. I'm really excited to share and learn from you all.

Nut, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. Find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the UK Chicks forum!
