Hi! I'm new to 3FC but i like it cuz it seems very motivational!
The thing is I'm an average person and my weight is just right for my height. I'm 5'3 and 113 lbs.
But I have a problem with my belly fat. I need to lose 4 inches off it to have the proper waist size for my height.
I've tried all sorts of different things for the past 3 years but nothing seems to workout.
I really don't know why i'm not able to get these 4 inches off my waist. Seen people lose over 100lbs is really surprising to me cuz i hav struggled with these 4 inches for 3 years
Right now i'm going to gym 3 days a week and do HIIT. It has been 2 weeks. I went on a low carb for 3 days and it got messed up after going out for the weekend. But i'm willing to start on it again.
Is there anything else i shud do? Any good workouts you guys know or diet plans? cuz i really need to lose these 4 inches.
