Smile Hit my first mini-goal!

I achieved my first mini-goal today of getting to the point in my journey that I was at before we found out I was pregnant with our last baby. He turns 6 months old Friday, and I'm back to 203, which is 60 pounds down from my original HW!

I really TRIED not to gain a lot with him, but I did. The day I gave birth, I was 252 lbs (only 11 lbs less than my HW). At my 6 week check up, I found out I was 237, so that's the weight I started from to get to the goal of 203. So if I don't count the weight of baby, fluids, and all the other lovely whatnot that goes with pregnancy I lost those 34 "real" pounds from in three and a half months (from the beginning of July to mid-October) by calorie counting and exercise.

ON TO ONEDERLAND, which I haven't seen since my twins, now 5 1/2 years old, were born--whoo hooo!

Thanks Rach! Now if I can just drop the weight from the babies born 5 1/2 years ago...and the weight that had nothing to do with them...I'll be good to go!
