Can anyone suggest a challenge to me please?also exercise tips needed.
I have set myself a challenge on 100 days of 100% and another to lose 3 stone for valentines day but I would like some fun mini challenges. Anyone have any ideas?
Also anybody know a nice gentle exercise you could to indoors? I have a wee baby so getting out and about to the gym 3 times a week just now is a bit hard.I do the normal stuff like walk (depending on weather, im from scotland) and swim but I would like something I can do in the house.
