For whatever it's worth, what happens one day doesn't necessarily show up on the scale the next
. Like if you eat a calorie-heavy meal for dinner one night your weight may be the same or drop the next morning. Or vice verse- if you are totally on plan, or under cals, one day, the scale may be up the next. Unlike us, our bodies don't run on 24-hour cycles.
I am a daily weigher so I'm definitely not saying that daily weighing is bad! But it's helpful to remember if you do decide to weight yourself every day it's not always useful to see when you lost it... because that loss could be reflecting food you ate two or three days ago... if that makes sense.
Just something I learned (and have to be reminded of frequently!) on 3fc that's helpful to me
