When I first started my working out.. I was doing a class one day a week for an hour.. Cardio and tone. and It was GOOD wore me out.. but that was pretty much the only excersice I was doing...and I lost about 15 pounds in 5 months lol (which is STILL something!)..well I then started doing two classes a week and I didn't see much difference in the weight area but I def felt better..
Well I haven't done a class in months.. and I was looking online at the community center and I noticed a class I've been wanting to take that has only been on saturday mornings ( i work saturday boo) was finally avaiblable on THURSDAY NIGHTS! YAY!!! It's called turbo kick (supposedly you can burn like 500 calories an hour)
I feel like adding this work out in will really help this time around. I have been working out 20-30 minutes at least 3 times a week as of now.. and now adding this.. I know I CAN do it!!!
