So I'm new to this site. I'm 165 and I want to get down to 130 or 125.
I use to play soccer and I was very active. Now that I've been in college tho, I've went thru some very rough spots in my life and I've let myself go.
Therefore, it's time to find myself again, if not go the extra step to be even better than I use to be!
I do have a gym I can go to everyday. It's getting there that always seems to be the problem. I do have a friend who wants to lose weight as well so she may be the glue to this routine for me.
Wish me luck! And any advice from anyone?
Im so excited to do this! A very good man is goin to Afganistan this weekend and will be gone for months. I would like to be at my goal by the time I see him next year!
