  • Pam here and i'm a fat chick. I'm super busy and that makes it hard to stick with a good diet plan, especially when I have to prepare meals at home. there's just no time. I guess I'm somewhat ocd. when I start a task I finish it without interruption. if I don't finish it I think about it nonstop, I mean psycho like. That means skipping meals and dehydration. ugh!!! I'm starting a home business so I have more time to take care of myself. Just something else to obsess about it seems. Anyway I think this forum is awesome from what i've seen so far. A little support goes a long way. You guys rock
  • Welcome to the forum! Losing weight does not take perfection it just takes persistence. Make small changes first, like adding more fruits and veggies into your diet and drinking more water. The small changes will add up and not overwhelm you too much.
