Default A 4 Packet Day!!

Yesterday was the first day of school and as a teacher I did a lot of standing and running around! I was still hungry after eating supper and even had my snack earlier in the day. I had made up some pudding cakes for my lunch today but ended up eating them last night! I figured that 4th packet with 2 egg whites in the recipe was better than gnawing on my knuckles!! Does anyone else ever throw in the occasional 4th packet?

Have a great day, Off to the 2nd day of school!

Yes, I have done that. I actually was pleased I did not succumb to the temptation to eat 10 Ritz crackers and cheese which is what my mouth was watering for! I was actually hungry, not just craving something bad so I decided the 4th pkt was warranted. Sounds like you made the right choice!

Definitely! It is always better to have a 4th packet over a cheat. Also, if you are more active you may have to have that 4th packet.

Each of us are a bit different but, a 4th packet is sometimes warranted!
